Satires are hard to pull off. The thin line that separates satire from buffoonery is so thin that it can disappear before the blink of an eye. 'Aadu oru bheekara jeeviyanu' could be classified as a pure one off in Malayalam cinema. It has a narrative style that is seldom seen in our films. It is almost cartoonish from the word go. But after the element of novelty wears off, it falls into a bottomless pit. In a sense it tries to be a caricature of itself and ends up in shambles.

Vishnu Narayan's cinematography creates a beautiful backdrop for the movie. Lijo Paul's editing fails to meet the standards. The title song of the movie, which has been picturized through animation, deserves a special applause. Shaan Rahman scores with the perfect background score and songs

The failure of the movie is in its packaging. The two hour and twenty minutes run time looks too much for this over written script that desperately tries to make the audience laugh. I do agree that there were many laughable moments in the movie. However, they just spoil the fun created by adding something extra on the same joke. Vijay Babu's character pops out frequently with his character's theme music in the background to annoy us. Not just Vijay Babu, at regular intervals of time we will get to see a high-octane bgm for each character. In parts, you may find the spoof story of communists enjoyable. However, the exaggerations and predictability makes them charmless.

that I can not participate now in discussion - there is no free time. But I will be released - I will necessarily write that I think on this question.
